"Great customer service!! Watson and Stan both did an excellent job reinstating my brother’s rental policy which through a mistake on my part I unintentionally did not make the payment on time. They both knew how to calm me down at the beginning of our conversation. Once I made the payment Stan and Watson reinstated the policy immediately. Both gentlemen should teach every new hire some secrets to becoming a top notch Customer Service Representative. Love both these guys!!!"

"Stan called me after I requested a quote. I could tell from our very first conversation he was going to go above and beyond. He followed up with me as he said he would on Saturday but I was unavailable. When we finally connected on Monday it was a smooth and thorough transaction. Stan explained everything in a manner I could understand. His professional yet calm demeanor really impressed me. I felt he was trustworthy and not trying to “sell” me a bunch of stuff just to gain a customer. This young man is a keeper!
