"After searching all day for insurance quotes online I was completely frustrated. I had given up. This guy Stan from (State Farm) kept calling me. For several days I ignored his calls. This day I picked up the phone and said “Stan I hope you have something good to say because if you don’t I’m not interested.” This guy had patience and worked with me until I was completely satisfied.
