"This review is to brag on IVAN GUZMAN, who is an associate with this State Farm office. I needed to increase my home dwelling coverage to meet the new appraised value! I called this office two days prior, and the original associate was, for some reason, unable to do it. I called today in absolute IMMEDIATE need of this update, which was being requested by my mortgage lender. Ivan took time to step in, hear me out, and ask the right questions to complete this request. He also didn't wait on corporate to mail me the declaration, but rather, he took time to personally send it to me via email. I'm truly grateful for his professionalism, knowledge, effectiveness, and efficiency!!! Thanks, Ivan. I appreciate you, sir."
